Father, thanks as always for the sermon. I only wish we could hear a sermon on the Good Shepherd that doesn’t belittle sheep. I happen to have known several sheep personally through the years, and they are lovely creatures, they would give you the shirt off their backs. Please reconsider for next time around and thank you again.
Well, I have never known any sheep personally, but next time I meet one I’ll ask it if he feels insulted by their reputation. 🙂
Bobbi-Anne, I don’t know what sheep you’ve been with, but the ones I have met are disgusting, vile, stupid creatures. I have no problem with someone vilifying them in homiles.
